Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 3, 2026
By accessing or using any website operated by American Tariff Recovery (the "Sites"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
About Our Service
American Tariff Recovery operates a lead generation service that helps connect U.S. importers with qualified partners who provide tariff refund recovery services and/or advance funding against tariff refund claims. We do not ourselves provide legal advice, customs brokerage, claim filing, or funding. All recovery work, legal services, and funding decisions are performed by our independent third-party partners.
No Legal or Financial Advice
Nothing on our Sites constitutes legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Information provided is for general informational purposes only. You should consult with a licensed attorney, customs broker, or financial advisor before making decisions about your tariff refund claim. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed customs broker.
No Guarantee of Results
While we believe that many U.S. importers who paid IEEPA tariffs may be eligible for refunds based on publicly available information about the Supreme Court ruling, we make no guarantees regarding:
- Your eligibility for any refund or advance
- The amount of any refund or advance
- The timeline for receiving any refund or advance
- The outcome of any claim filed with CBP or any court
Every claim is unique and depends on your specific import history, documentation, and circumstances.
Accuracy of Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when completing any form or quiz on our Sites. We rely on the information you provide to assess your eligibility and connect you with appropriate partners.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, graphics, and code on our Sites are owned by American Tariff Recovery and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Tariff Recovery and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Sites or any services obtained through the Sites. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Partners
When we connect you with a recovery or funding partner, your relationship with that partner is governed by their own terms, agreements, and policies. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a partner, and we are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of any partner.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disclosures
Effective Date: April 3, 2026
Lead Generation Disclosure
American Tariff Recovery is a lead generation service. When you submit your information through any of our websites, your information may be shared with one or more third-party service providers, including law firms, customs specialists, recovery consultants, and/or funding companies who provide tariff refund recovery and advance funding services.
Compensation Disclosure
American Tariff Recovery may receive compensation from its partners for leads and referrals. This compensation may include per-lead fees and/or commissions based on successful recovery outcomes or funded advances. This compensation arrangement does not affect the cost of services to you — any fees charged to you are determined by the partner you work with, not by us.
Advance Funding Disclosure
A tariff claim advance is not a loan. It is a purchase of a portion of your expected tariff refund at a discount. If you receive an advance, the funding partner purchases the right to receive a portion of your refund from CBP. Advance amounts, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the funding partner and are subject to approval, claim verification, and documentation requirements. Not all applicants will qualify for advance funding.
Affiliation Disclosure
TariffClaimAdvance.com and CheckYourTariffClaim.com are operated by American Tariff Recovery. References to "our team," "our partners," and similar language across all three websites refer to the same organization and its network of service partners.
Information Accuracy
We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our Sites regarding the Supreme Court ruling, CBP refund processes, and tariff recovery. However, the legal and regulatory landscape is evolving rapidly. Information on our Sites should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice. We recommend consulting with a licensed attorney for guidance specific to your situation.
Not a Government Agency
American Tariff Recovery is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Court of International Trade, or any other government agency.
